‘Stay Fit From Home – How To Workout From Home & Stay Healthy’ – Monica May
We live in a different world these days.
As the coronavirus outbreak swung into our lives, among other things it’s becoming a real disruptor in terms of our everyday lives.
Everything around changes from day to day and we all need to stay safe and stay home.
It gets scary and overwhelming for all of us, and we should all be strong and get through it together.
However, we should not let the coronavirus outbreak keep us from working on our health and fitness goals.
In fact, this may be the best time to start working on both your physical and mental health.
In times like this, fitness is the answer.
But, since we are all supposed to stay home in self-quarantine, staying fit and healthy can get a bit tricky.
With most gyms and fitness centers shut down, it’s almost impossible to stay active and keep exercising.
Well, that’s why I’m here for.
Today, I’ll give you a guide on how to stay fit from home, including how to workout from home and stay healthy throughout the outbreak.
Stay with me as we go through every single step of staying fit in the comfort of your own home, plus you’ll get a free trial of my 28 day HIIT workout at home.
Let’s help “flatten the curve”, reduce the spread of the virus, and try to stay fit from home.
The first and most important thing when it comes to staying fit and healthy is eating healthy.
If someone would ask me what is the one best thing they can do to both lose weight and improve their health, without any doubt I’d say – JUST START EATING HEALTHY TODAY!
Proper nutrition is the key to staying healthy especially when we stay home and are not that active.
Stop eating foods like:
- Sugars (refined sugars, candy, chocolate…)
- Junk foods and snacks
- Sugary and fizzy drinks (this includes fruit juices and alcohol)
- Highly processed, simple carbs
- Processed grains and baked goods
- Trans fats, refined vegetable oils, and spreads.
What you need to do is start a diet loaded with all the right nutrients.
- fresh fruits and veggies
- complex carbs (fibers)
- lean proteins
- healthy fats.
Focus on getting in more raw foods, that are healthy and clean.
I know eating healthy can be a bit tricky, with not knowing what exactly should you eat and how much.
That’s why I made my 28-Day Meal Plan Burn Baby Burn.
This 4-week meal plan helped me get fit and healthy.
It’s loaded with delicious meals, breakfast lunch dinner, and snacks for 28 days, and a simple formula to easily swap foods you don’t like.

Stay Active From Home
The next thing you should do to stay fit from home is to stay active and keep working out.
I am a home worker for years, and I can’t imagine going to a gym or a fitness center to complete my training session.
However, I understand that most of you are not used to working out from home and are a bit confused about how to workout from home.
Working out from home is not tricky at all.
How To Workout From Home
You may need basic fitness equipment like a kettlebell, a pair of dumbbells, and a yoga mat, but other than that it’s easier and more budget-friendly option for sure.
In fact, there are tons of home workout programs you can actually do from the comfort of your own home.
However, there’s one thing that’s really important when choosing a workout from home routine – it should be anything but boring.
Meaning, working out shouldn’t be about long boring cardio sessions, with low-intensity, that take hours of your day.
To make working out a routine, you need to make it exciting, explosive and fast.
In addition, a diverse workout program that gets your heart rate up in a matter of seconds, makes you sweat like crazy, and one that doesn’t take much time.
And for me, that’s definitely the Burn Baby Burn Workout Program.
Burn Baby Burn is a 28-day body changing workout program, that will take your body and your workouts to the next level.
It’s the perfect way to get to your dream body if you want big results in the shortest amount of time.
The training sessions are short and last approximately ~20-30 minutes a day, yet they are so effective and body challenging.
This workout program helped me make home training a habit and feel like a fun challenging fat-burning ritual I can squeeze in between lunch and dinner.
Amid the outbreak, my workout program is on 50% OFF, so heald on to try it out right now!

Yoga is a 5,000-year-old practice that unites the mind and body.
It’s good for so many reasons.
First of all, yoga will make you stronger and more flexible, and it’s a great way to stay limber and energetic.
It will help you develop body awareness, improve your posture, lengthen and strengthen your muscles, gain strength, improve balance and stability, improve your circulation, release stress and so much more.
In other words, yoga will make you feel amazing.
And the great thing about yoga is that even if you are a complete beginner, you can try it out by yourself in the comfort of your own home.
Just type yoga for beginners on youtube, and you’ll get tons of beginner’s yoga videos to do at home.
Yoga will definitely help you stay fit from home.
I often do yoga in the morning or right after my training session.
It helps me cool down my muscles and my whole body, plus speed up recovery.
Maintain a Healthy Morning Routine
How you start your day is so important when it comes to getting fit and healthy.
It often sets the tone for the whole day.
And it’s so easy to wake up, grab your phone and start diving into the news of the day.
Just stop and take a second.
Establishing a healthy morning routine will help you get healthier, be more productive and make the most out of your day.
This means that by changing a few tiny little things right after waking up, you can improve your whole day and your whole life in the long run.
Here’s how to do that:
Motivate Yourself Daily
And last, but not least, keep motivating yourself, every day.
Motivation is what keeps us all going, especially when it comes to staying fit and working out from home.
If you are motivated enough you’ll do it – if not, you’ll find an excuse.
So, make sure to remind yourself why you want to stay fit and healthy, especially in moments when that’s the last thing on your mind.
Find what works for you best and just do that.
For me, the biggest motivation boosters are my fitness planner and motivational posters.
